If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a genuine reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days following delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
All returns require authorization by one of our customer service representatives. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused. We offer free shipping, but in the case of a return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
