• Suits & Clothing: Shipped directly from our Istanbul hub. Delivered in 2–5 business days.

• Shoes & Accessories: Shipped from our global fulfillment centers. Delivered in 5–11 business days.

Proactive Update: If we anticipate any delays with your specific order, our team will contact you within 6 hours of purchase to keep you informed.

Tracking & Delivery Requirements

• We ship via premium couriers (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) and will provide tracking information as soon as we dispatch your order.

• Courier Restrictions: Because we use express couriers, we require a physical delivery address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
